Registration

The IPA2017 registration office is located in the Rectory Auditorium. The access to this auditorium is made descending the stairs between the Chemistry and Physics buildings, which are located in Rua Larga. This street is 50 meters long and starts just in front of the entry to the historical site of the University of Coimbra - Porta Férrea. All Plenary and Invited Lectures will also take place in the Rectory Auditorium.

The participant fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, guided tour of the University, social program on Sunday afternoon and conference materials. Cancellations

Cancellations notified by May 1st, 2017, will entitle to a refund of the registration fee reduced by bank charges and a handling fee of 50 €. Please note that due to organizational reasons, all approved refunds will only be processed after the meeting.

Abstracts

Abstracts of the communications to be presented at IPA2017 shall be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat (e-mail: ipa@qui.uc.pt) as attachment in MS WORD FORMAT.

Only documents respecting the layout of this template will be considered. Notification of reception of the abstract will be sent within one week of submission

Abstracts must arrive not later than MARCH 31th, 2017 to the Congress Office. Please note that an accepted paper will be included in the final program of IPA2017 only if one of its authors has formally registered and paid his registration fee.

Abstracts of all lectures and posters will be published in the BOOK OF ABSTRACTS.

Official Invitation

An official letter of invitation to attend the IPA 2017 will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by IPA.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be placed in the congress bag. Special requirements may be asked on site at the Congress Desk.
