The IPA World Congress is the premier forum to present innovations in the use of light and light-sensitive molecules in Medicine. Ca. 130 speakers selected form key opinion leaders in Photodynamic Therapy and Photodiagnosis will lecture at IPA2017, which is poised to become a most influential meeting in photodynamic therapy. How?

We offer a variety of exclusive and individual sponsoring opportunities for industries. Sponsorship of IPA2017 may take the form of advertisement in conference materials distributed to the participants, clearly identifiable branding in the webpage, association with conference activities (reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, symposia, lectures, etc.), students travel grants, and exhibition space.

GALA DINNER – € 15,000 (Omicron)

Inclusion of the banquet sponsorship in the program and identification of the sponsor on the banquet tables. Also entitles the sponsor to have a banner in the IPA2017 website, two banquet tickets, a half-page color advert in the conference book, and include a flyer in the conference bag.

WELCOME RECEPTION – € 10,000 (Concordia)

Inclusion of the welcome reception sponsorship in the program, and identification of the sponsor in the welcome reception tables. Also entitles the sponsor to have a banner in the IPA2017 website, a half-page color advert in the conference book, and include a flyer in the conference bag.

CONFERENCE BAG – € 6,000 (Luzitin)

Prominent placing of the Sponsor’s name and logo on meeting bags which will be distributed to every attendee upon registration.

COFFEE BREAK – € 2,000 (multiple sponsors)

Inclusion in the program of the corresponding coffee break sponsorship, and identification of the sponsor on the coffee break tables.

EXHIBITION SPACE – € 1,500 (multiple sponsors)

At least 4 m2 of table and booth space next to the main conference hall. Also entitles the sponsor to include a flyer or a brochure with less than 4 pages in each conference bag.

ADVERTISEMENT IN CONFERENCE BOOK – € 1,000 (multiple sponsors)

Premium placement of a half-page color advert.

NOT FOR PROFIT BOOTH – € 700 (multiple sponsors)

Learned societies may benefit of a special discount to present their materials on a 3 m2 of table and booth space next to the main conference hall.

GRANTS FOR STUDENTS – € 500 / student (multiple sponsors)

Sponsorship will be used to defray the student from travel, accommodation and registration costs. The student will be selected from those requesting grants and preference will be given those selected for oral presentations. Sponsorship will be acknowledged in the presentation and in the conference book.

SPONSORSHIP OF SPEAKERS – please contact the organizers

Proposals to defray the speakers from travel, accommodation and registration costs will be treated individually. Please contact the Congress Chair directly.

All the sponsors and exhibitors will be identified by their logos in the conference book, may include a flyer or a brochure with less than 4 pages in each conference bag, and will receive two complimentary badges (one for learned societies) to attend the reception and the coffee breaks.
